Marketing Advantage USA LLC ("Marketing Advantage USA", "we", "us" or "our") operates this website and provides marketing services to businesses in the United States from our office at 9896 Fairway Cove Lane, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33324. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers visitors to this website, people who contact us, and the business contacts of our clients.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an audit, email us or call us, you may provide:
- Your name, business name, job title, email address and telephone number
- Your website address, industry and marketing budget range
- Your marketing goals and any details about current campaigns
- Any other information you include in your message
Client business data
When we provide services, clients grant us access to business systems such as advertising accounts, analytics properties, tag managers, email platforms, CRMs and websites. These may contain performance data and, in some cases, personal information about the client's own customers. We process that information only on the client's instructions and only to deliver the agreed services.
Information collected automatically
Our website may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, referring page and pages visited, using analytics tools. This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a growth audit
- To prepare audits, growth plans, proposals and agreements
- To plan, run, optimize and report on marketing campaigns for clients
- To communicate about active engagements and send performance reports
- To invoice and keep financial records
- To send occasional marketing updates, which you can opt out of at any time
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
3. Client data and confidentiality
Client performance data, customer lists, strategies and account access are treated as strictly confidential. We access client systems only through permissions granted by the client, use the least access needed to perform the work, never use one client's data for another client's benefit, and do not upload client customer lists to any platform without explicit instruction. Access is removed promptly when an engagement ends.
4. When we share information
We share information only where needed to deliver services or where the law requires it:
- Advertising and marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft, as required to run campaigns on the client's behalf
- Service providers including analytics, call tracking, reporting, email, project management and cloud storage tools
- Contractors such as designers, writers and video editors working on a client engagement, under confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisers such as accountants and legal counsel
- Authorities where disclosure is required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim
5. Cookies and tracking on this website
This website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure the performance of our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through the settings provided by Google and Meta. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site.
6. Case studies and testimonials
We publish results and testimonials only with client permission. Where a client prefers not to be named, identifying details are removed. Clients can ask us to withdraw a case study or testimonial at any time.
7. Data retention
Inquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to twenty four months. Client records, reports and agreements are retained for up to seven years for legal and tax purposes. Client customer data processed within client systems remains in those systems and is not retained by us after access is removed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including multi factor authentication on platform access, role based permissions, encrypted connections and limited internal access to client information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Provide a copy of that information
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete information we are not legally required to keep
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Write to news@marketingadvantageusa.marketing and we will respond within the time required by law, and in any case within forty five days.
